Sponsored Run - raising funds for the Judicial Review of HPC

The sponsored trot from Highgate to Hampstead was successfully undertaken on Saturday, and a huddle of shrinks and their friends shuffled away from the Waterlow Cafe at about 3.20pm as the grey clouds parted and let in the light from a beautiful big low autumn sun. The Heath was sparkling with october colours and many hearts were singing, if not from the exertion, then at the sight of London from the top of the hill. Whew. The ponds looked very inviting, tho no-one was swimming just then. Hot tea and amazing brazilian sweets made by the amazing Brazilian Suzana greeted us at Freud's House, where Auden's poem bubbled up out of the blue - In Memory Of Sigmund Freud. It was a delightul afternoon.

Thank you to all those who sponsored me and the others. There's still time - if you would like to recognise this action, please follow the link and donate to one of the trotters whose names still appear on the web (some are already removed, but some will be there for another few weeks).
